About The Rhode Island Christian Institute
Discipleship: Becoming more and more like Jesus.......
This word, "Discipleship" is not often heard today......even in the local churches! What does it mean? It means to become more and more like Jesus. To be willing to teach our children, our spouses, our families to "love one another....admonish one another....pray for one another....all the "one another Scriptures" in the New Testament are really not being taught. The "world" today is infiltrating the church....in fact its hard to tell the difference!
The main goal of The Rhode Island Christian Institute is help Individuals and Families to be United in Christ. Jesus gave us a simple sounding command:
"Love God, and Love One Another" sums up Matthew 22:37 to 40.
Or how about The Golden Rule:
"Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you." Matthew7:12
